August 28, 2007 – Public Meeting
A public meeting was held August 28, 2007, for the 24th Street Bridge reconstruction. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the reconstruction of the 24th Street Bridge over I-29/I-80 as well as the Aesthetics Master Plan for the Council Bluffs Interstate System Improvement Program. Presentations at the meeting included:
- construction staging scrolls for reconstruction of the 24th Street Bridge.
- graphics from the Aesthetics Master Plan.
- renderings of the aesthetic enhancements to be included on the 24th Street Bridge.
