August 7, 2003 – Public Meeting
The second public meeting for the Council Bluffs Interstate System Improvement Program was held August 7, 2003. The purpose of this meeting was to update the public on the progress of the project, present the full range of alternatives being considered, and gather feedback from the public about the project. This information was used to develop the Tier 1 Draft Environmental Impact Statement.
