A public meeting was held February 3, 2009, to provide information and gather public input on the design and right of way impacts for the segment 2 construction project. In addition, the public meeting provided information related to the phased construction for segment 2. Aerial displays showing the design and right of way impacts for segment 2 were shown at the meeting.
