February 8, 2005 – Public Hearing
A public hearing for the Council Bluff Interstate System Improvement Program was held February 8, 2005. The purpose of this meeting was to update the public on the progress of the project, present the Tier 1 Draft Environmental Impact Statement with the alternatives being carried forward, and gather feedback about the project and Draft Environmental Impact Statement. This information was used to determine if access should be provided to West Broadway and to determine the type of highway section for the overlapping section of I-29/I-80.
