June 24, 2008 – Public Meeting
A public meeting was held June 24, 2008, to provide information and gather public input on the construction phasing for segment 2 construction projects and to provide an update on the artwork being commissioned for the 24th Street Bridge that is sponsored by the Iowa West Foundation. Presentations at the meeting included:
- A formal presentation was made discussing the project background and the construction phasing for segment 2
- Aerial displays showing the construction work to be completed in phase 1 and phase 2 of segment 2
- Graphics showing the artwork that Iowa West Foundation is sponsoring for 24th Street Bridge
