A public hearing was held April 3, 2012, to update the public on the progress of the project and to discuss the Council Bluffs Interstate System project impacts on Interstate 80 from Indian Creek east to east of Madison Avenue; and on I-29 from south of the U.S. 275/Iowa 92 interchange north to the east system interchange.
